Through the dynamic leadership and initiative of our Working Mayor Ng Bayan Hon. Aristeo A. Baldos Jr. and Hon. Rodolfo Magsino (Rodel Magsino), we are thrilled to announce the application period for the Enhanced Pinamalayan Scholarship Program! 📚✨
Application Period: April 1 – April 31, 2024 (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Submit all the necessary requirements on or before the deadline to the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) located at the Municipal Government Complex, Madrid Blvd., Zone III, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro.

What you’ll need:
- 2 copies of 2×2 ID Picture
-Fully accomplished EPSP Application Form (Form is available at the Human Resource Management Office) - Photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA Copy)
- Certificate of Residency (5+ years in Pinamalayan, indicating the family’s occupation/economic status, certified by the Barangay Captain)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from the School
- Income Tax Return of Parents or Certification of Tax Exemption from BIR, in the absence of any of these documents, Certification of No Property from Municipal Assessor’s Office
- Report Card (Submit 3rd grading results if final grades aren’t ready. Final grades and GWA required before Aptitude Test)
- Medical Certificate from the Municipal Health Office
- Municipal Trial Court Clearance
- NAT/NCAE or other assessment exam result of 85% and above. (if available)
