INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) UNIT OF PROJECTOR

 

ITB 2011- 88

 

1. The Municipal Government of Pinamalayan through its General Fund CY 2011 intends to apply the sum of Sixty Five Thousand Pesos ( Php 65,000.00 ) being Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Purchase of One (1) unit of Projector  Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected to bid opening.

 

2. Municipal Government of Pinamalayan now invites bids for the delivery of the following:

Delivery of the above Laptops is required within fifteen (15) days after the signing of the contract. Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section 2. Instruction to Bidders.

 

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

 

Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRRA of RA 9184.

 

4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Office of the Bids and Awards Committee at the and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

 

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be secured by interested bidders from November 25, 2011 December 15, 2011– 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from the address below.

 

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Decemebr 16, 2011 at 2:00 PM. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18 as follows:

Bid opening shall be on December 16, 2011 – 2:00 PM at the Mayor’s Office Extension, Municipality of Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.

 

7. The Municipal Government of Pinamalayan reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
