Labor and Employment Secretary Marianito D. Roque, citing a report of the DOLE's National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC) , identified a total of 15 regions that have now granted wage hikes as the National Capital Region (NCR), Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), and Regions I (Ilocos), II (Cagayan Valley), III (Central Luzon), IV-A (CALABARZON), IV-B (MIMAROPA), V (Bicol), VI (Western Visayas), VII (Central Visayas), VIII (Eastern Visayas), X (Northern Mindanao), XI (Davao Region), XII (SOCKSARGEN), and the CARAGA Region.
