Mayor Fred Hernandez was re-elected President of the prestigious League of Municipalities of the Philippines - Oriental Mindoro Chapter (LMP-OMC) for the term 2010 - 2013. The election was held on the 23rd of July 2010 at the Provincial Government Complex in Calapan.
